To close your OctCredit Line of Credit account, please follow the procedure below:
Ensure your Line of Credit balance is fully paid before initiating account deletion. You can complete payments directly through the OctCredit mobile application.
- Navigate to Account → Account deletion
- Select Delete My Account
- Your request will be processed automatically upon confirmation
- Send a message to support@octcredit.cc with the subject line: "Account Closure Request"
- Include your registered mobile number for identity verification
- Our support team will process your request within 2 business days
- Permanent Action: Account closure will result in permanent deletion of all associated data, including personal details and transaction history. This action cannot be reversed.
- Service Impact: Closing your account will terminate your access to OctCredit's Line of Credit services indefinitely.
